At Softspun Microfiber, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cleaning and comfort products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the microfiber items are unused and in their original packaging; safely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
